The Calliope Jockey Club presents the 111th Calliope Gold Cup Races, a family‑friendly race day event celebrating local racing and community spirit.

The event will be held on Saturday 9 May 2026, with gates opening at 11am, at J.S. Neill‑Ballantine Park, 411 Racecourse Road, Calliope.

Featuring a five‑race program, live entertainment, food and drink vendors, Fashions on the Field, kids’ activities and on‑site camping, the event is designed to bring families together over Mother’s Day weekend.
