The 2026 Capricorn Coast Writers Festival, 30 May from 9 am to 9 pm, will be held at Yeppoon Town Hall.

This year, the festival will celebrate creativity and storytelling in its numerous forms, including song writing, dialogue, role playing, history and short story writing.

The evening event will include drinks, canapés, live music and a panel discussion with historians on the history and mysteries of the central coast.
