Cuppa Catchups are relaxed, casual gatherings where we come together to talk, listen, and support one another.

We meet once a month beneath The Blue Tree in Lion’s Park, right next to Kin Kora McDonald’s on Dawson Highway, Gladstone.

Please bring a chair or rug to sit on, and a drink if you’d like.

We’ll have light refreshments available, along with a gazebo and table to make the space comfortable.

You’re also welcome to bring a photo of your loved one, or a meaningful saying or memory.

These can be placed at the foot of the tree during our time together – a simple way to honour those we’ve lost.
