The Rockhampton Bromeliad Group is holding its annual Bromeliad and Foliage Sale this Saturday and Sunday, the 4th and 5th of October in The Robert Schwarten Pavilion at the Rockhampton Showgrounds on Exhibition Road.

They will be open on Saturday from 8am to 2pm and Sunday from 9am to noon.

With about a dozen local and visiting sellers for the annual event, you will be spoilt for choice with bromeliads, tillandsias, foliage and plenty more on offer.

The Bromeliad and Foliage Sale will feature raffles, lucky door prizes, a colourful plant display, nursery pots and supplies for sale, a slide show of bromeliads, beautiful gardens and on-site food by Lip Smacking Tucker Truck and a coffee van, Coffee 4U2U.

They will have a guest speaker offering a talk on ‘Choosing the right bromeliad for your home space’.

Entry is a gold coin donation, which will be donated to the Capricorn Helicopter Service.
