The body of a missing 36-year-old Kawana man has been found in the Fitzroy River.
The deceased man was found by a member of the public around 11.00pm on Saturday.
He was reported missing on Thursday night, after police had executed an arrest warrant at an East Street address and the man had fled on foot entering the Fitzroy River to evade officers.

Police and emergency services commenced a wide-ranging surface and aerial search involving multiple aircraft and vessels, which has now been called off.
