A man has been taken to hospital with a head injury, following an incident in Rockhampton City.
Paramedics were called to the corner of Quay and Denham Streets around 10.30pm on Wednesday.
They called police to investigate, after finding a man with a head injury, concerned it may have been the result of an assault.

The patient was taken to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.
Police attended the scene, but the incident isn’t believed to be a matter of concern.
