Man taken to hospital after two-vehicle collision, Yeppoon

A man in his 70s has been hospitalised following a two-car crash at Yeppoon.

Emergency services came to the scene of the collision, on the corner of Park Street and Queen street, at around 2.00pm yesterday.

Paramedics transported the man to the Capricorn Coast Hospital, in a stable condition as a precaution.

Later, emergency services responded to another two-vehicle crash at Berserker.

Four patients were assessed at the scene, however no one needed transport.

The incident happened on High Street at around 8.00pm.
