One person has been taken to hospital after a vehicle collided into a rail guard on the Capricorn Highway.
Emergency services came to the scene at around 1.00am this morning in Gracemere, on the corner of Oshanesy Street.
The patient has been taken to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition, for further treatment.
