The premier has confirmed he won’t settle for less than the Fitzroy, when it comes to the rowing event at the 2032 Olympics

“We’re going to deliver that promise,” Mr Crisafulli said.

“I am mindful that there are people at the moment that are trying to undermine that,” he said.

“It’s an incredibly viable option.”

It’s understood World Rowing will head to Rockhampton in coming weeks to assess the river.
