The rescue helicopter has been called to a single-vehicle crash north of Rockhampton.
It is believed the car lost control at high speed and hit a culvert, causing it to go airborne on the Bruce Highway near Marlborough.
Emergency services were called to the scene, where they treated a woman for spinal injuries and a man for a broken leg and internal injuries.

Both patients have been airlifted to Rockhampton Hospital in stable conditions.
