Three crashes in an hour leave five people in hospital

Five people have been hospitalised following three crashes in our region.

The first came around 1.40pm yesterday when two cars collided on the corner of Yarroon Street and Hanson Road at Gladstone Central.

A woman needed to be cut from the wreckage and was taken to Gladstone Hospital stable.

Less than 20 minutes later, a crash on the Bruce Highway at Benaraby saw another patient rushed to Gladstone Hospital.

Then at 2.50pm three people were transported to Rockhampton Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Emu Park Road at Nankin.
