A Central Queensland fugitive has been arrested more than 400km away from where she escaped custody.
The 26-year-old woman, who was wearing handcuffs, escaped from a Gladstone medical facility last Wednesday.
She was arrested in Noosa Heads on Friday and charged with escape lawful custody and stealing.

The woman is due to face the Caloundra Magistrates Court.
