Toad Busters Season 2018 Discover the secrets of Gladstone’s parks after dark! Join local experts for a fun and informative evening while reducing the number of Cane Toads in our waterways and backyards. This year there will also be information and materials available to construct your own cane toad tadpole trap to use at home and take part of the Cane Toad Challenge with the University of Queensland! Linda Fahle Regional Manager for Conservation Volunteers Australia Gladstone invites Gladstone’s nature lovers to help us rid our water ways of this toady pest. Registrations are now open-register your team, family or just come long for some fun. The season is open, Full training, bags, latex gloves, safety glasses, counters provided. All participants under the age of 15 must be supervised. Join us from December to February this season at a park near you. Toad Busters is managed by Conservation Volunteers Australia and kindly funded by Gladstone Regional Council.
