Man killed after fall in Budderoo National Park
The body of a man has been found following a search of the Blue Pool in the Budderoo National Park.
About 8:30 last night Emergency services were called to Missingham Creek – near Robertson – after reports a man, aged 26, slipped on rocks before disappearing below the water.
Officers from The Hume Police District were assisted by officers from the Lake Illawarra Police District, the Wingecarribee SES Unit, NSW paramedics, and the National Parks and Wildlife Service.
The body of the 26-year-old was recovered by Police Divers about 2.45am this morning.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
