A girl has been injured after reportedly being hit by a car on a busy highway in Gladstone.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Dawson Highway and Philip Street around 3.50pm yesterday..
The girl suffered a head injury and was taken to Gladstone Hospital in a stable condition.
