A man has been killed in a motorcycle crash in Rockhampton.
Police say the rider was travelling south on the Bruce Highway around 10.30pm Monday when he fell and suffered critical injuries.
Attempts to save the rider were unsuccessful and he died at the scene.

All southbound lanes of the highway were closed for a number of hours while emergency services cleared the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit are continuing to investigate the incident.
